Cancellation Policy

This policy was drafted to satisfy Stripe's underwriting requirements for subscription businesses. Have a UAE-qualified attorney review it for compliance with the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and any Sharjah Media City requirements before relying on it. Delete this notice before publishing.

1. Summary

  • aeofyi subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your account's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not issue refunds. When you cancel, your subscription continues for the rest of the current billing period and stops at its end. You will not be charged again.
  • Your data and audit history are preserved when you cancel; your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

When you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency), you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the same plan and price at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel. Your payment method on file will be charged on the renewal date.

We will email you a receipt after each successful charge. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following days; if all attempts fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan and we will notify you by email.

We may change the price of a plan from time to time. Any change to your subscription price will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, giving you time to cancel before the new price applies.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in either of two ways:

  • Self-serve: sign in, open your billing page from the dashboard, and click “Cancel subscription.” Cancellation is confirmed instantly.
  • By email: write to kaizunaillc@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, asking us to cancel. We will confirm cancellation within one business day.

4. What Happens After You Cancel

  • You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. If your renewal date is June 5, you cancelled on May 20, and your billing day is the 5th, you continue using the paid plan until June 5. There is no early access cutoff and no proration.
  • No further charges are made. Auto-renewal is stopped the moment you cancel.
  • No refund is issued for the current period. The charge already made remains, and you keep access for the time you paid for. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription from the same billing page and renewal will continue as before.
  • At the end of the period, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Your projects, audited URLs, and audit history are preserved.
  • Projects and URLs that exceed free-plan limits become read-only. You can re-enable them by re-subscribing or by deleting the excess so you fit within the free plan.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

If you want to delete your account entirely, follow the “Delete account” flow in account settings or email us. Account deletion permanently erases your data within 30 days.

5. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer:

  • Prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Refunds of past months once charged, including the most recent charge.
  • Money-back trials. (Use the free plan to evaluate the product before paying.)

The cancellation flow is the only mechanism by which you stop paying for the service. Cancelling stops your next charge; it does not return prior charges.

The only exception to this rule is where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require a refund. In those cases, the law overrides this policy and we will issue the refund the law requires. Contact us at kaizunaillc@gmail.com if you believe this applies to you.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Filing a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation, including loss of access to existing data and reports until the dispute is resolved.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws override this policy to the extent of any conflict.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email and will not apply retroactively to charges incurred before the change took effect.
